Who We Are
Bro 2 Bro Community Support Foundation is a community-focused nonprofit serving youth, families, and individuals throughout the Denver Metro Area. Through mentorship, community service, annual fishing experiences, outreach programs, and hands-on assistance, we help people feel supported, empowered, and connected.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower young men, strengthen families, and uplift communities by providing positive mentorship, meaningful experiences, helpful resources, and hands-on support.
Our Story
Bro 2 Bro was founded by Karen Johnston and Jonathan Johnston to honor Walter Goodloe III and continue the love he showed to the people around him.
Walter had a special place in his heart for children, family, fishing, and bringing people together. He was loyal, genuine, playful, and always made the people he loved feel like they belonged.
Bro 2 Bro was created to carry that same spirit forward. Every young man encouraged, every family supported, every fishing line cast, and every helping hand extended keeps Walter’s memory alive.
What We Do
Our programs focus on:
Connecting at-risk young men with positive adult role models.
Hosting the Walter Goodloe III Annual Fishing Experience.
Helping individuals and families with moving and other physical needs.
Organizing community outreach events and donation drives.
Creating opportunities for service, leadership, and personal growth.
Connecting families with helpful resources and community support.

Why Our Work Matters
